In the field of international cooperation, the Audit Office for Institutions in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina makes international contacts (per requests of international institutions, initiatives or needs of the international community representatives), which are previously assessed in relation to the jurisdiction of the Audit Office for Institutions in FBiH, or are being conducted as per the decisions (consensus) of the Coordination Board of Supreme Audit Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whose members, among other things, establish a joint strategy of Supreme Audit Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in relation to international cooperation and determine representation in international bodies.
International cooperation refers also to the study trips abroad and attending various congresses, conferences, meetings and seminars aiming at expansion of professional knowledge and experiences from the other countries, as well as at useful exchange of experiences in areas that are directly or indirectly related to the performance of the audit function.
