The first Progress Report for Bosnia and Herzegovina was published in 2005. The point “Financial control” also talks about the external audit in BiH, that is, the independence of the supreme audit institutions in BiH, their institutional capacities, the quality of audit work, the effect of audit activities, etc., within the framework of the year for which the Report is being prepared.
