The Audit Office is obliged to submit its final audit report to audited institution and to the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the same time, the report is submitted to the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but it may also be submitted to any other competent institution. The audit reports are submitted to competent institutions and bodies in accordance with Article 16 of the Law on Audit of FBiH Institutions.
The Audit Office shall make its audit reports public once they have been submitted to the competent institutions.
The Audit Office is also obliged, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law on Audit of FBiH Institutions, to prepare and submit to the Parliamentary Committee responsible for audit its Annual Report on activities and financial report for the previous year.
